Shipping policy

Domestic Delivery:

We ship products domestically within the 48 continental United States through USPS and UPS, depending on your selection at checkout. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, please call us for shipping options. At this time we are not shipping internationally. 

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Due to the holiday rush, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Orders marked Free Shipping will be sent out through the most economical carrier, whether that be UPS, USPS, or us!

Curbside Delivery & In Store purchases:

At the moment we are only shipping from our Downtown Spokane location. If you would like to purchase products from our other stores, contact them directly for pick up or curbside delivery. We cannot guarantee quantity, so please call.

All our stores have Curbside Delivery! After placing your order over the phone, check their Location page above for special instructions on pick up.

Product Availability:

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a refund.
