Shipping & Returns
We ship products domestically within the United States through USPS and UPS, depending on the customer's order. At this time we are not shipping internationally.
Orders placed outside of Spokane are generally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-5 business days depending on your location. Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee these times.
Personal Delivery (within Spokane):
We offer personal deliveries for Spokane addresses within these zip codes (99201, 99202, 99203, 99204, 99205, 99207). Orders must be over $20 to qualify for personal delivery and will cost $5. All orders over $50 have free shipping. Orders placed within these zip codes before 2pm on business days should be out for delivery that night. Our delivery drivers and packers take every precaution to not contaminate our products, and will perform a "touch-less" delivery to your door.
How to return items:
1. For all returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number
2. Include in your email the original order number, the items you are requesting to return/exchange, and the reason for your return/exchange
3. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a return authorization number
4. Place your return authorization number in the return box, along with the returned products and mail to:

We suggest using trackable post as we take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
Uncle's Games is committed to customer satisfaction. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense unless the fault lies with us.
No exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
