This is my favorite board game of all time. On of the first true strategy games I ever played. I spent alot of my weekends playing this game growing up. Mind you this is an easy strategy game to learn and play but like chess there are openings you will come to use and defenses that will come naturally. Our favorite games came when we changed up the rules to let us form our own alliances and just play the game as a what-if. I highly recomend the World at War exapnsion to add some fun to this game. This expansion has been available for years and has lasted the tests of time. All in all a great game that is easy to play and teach to firends. If you can find them the other games of this series are also good in their own way. Shogun (Samurai Swords), Conquest of the Empire (Avalable here) and Fortress America are great if you can get them.
