Submited By: Bill Cox on 10/31/2006 The title of this one can be a bit misleading. It's a fun, playground brawl with you and your friends in a classic battle royal. Each player starts with an amount of "life" that each of your rivals is trying to reduce to nothing. Dealt a handfull of cards, from which you choose such attacks as kick, poke in the eye, and the dreaded Hail Mary. But watch out, your attack can be redirected or even turned back at yourself, and you better be wary of the ultimate Humiliation in which the player gets to tell you just how miserably you failed in your pathetic attack. Bandaids will help keep you in the game, and you better hope you have a few blocks when the guy next to you gets that gleam in his eye. And just for that family feel, each card is illustrated by a photo of the game designer's daughter and a small quote to fuel the smack talk.

Submited By: Tim Perkins on 10/15/2004 I was once told: "if it makes you giggle for more than fifteen seconds, don't do it." When it comes to this game though I just can't help myself. Lunch Money was one of the first non-collectible card games I've ever played and it still ranks among my favorite. I have many fond memories of late night game sessions that were hand after hand of LM. The art is cool yet disturbing, and the flavor text has to be the best part. Well, best part after telling your opponent how your Big Combo planted his face into a buick after winding him with a fencepost!

Submited By: Hans Isaacson on 03/29/2004 Not a game for the young or anyone without a slightly twisted sense of humor, but Lunch Money is a blast. Players take the roll of school girls bent on taking everyone else's lunch money with any means necessary. A roundhouse kick might do the trick, but perhaps a quick poke to the eye is more effective. Lunch Money is a great "beer and pretzels game," but for adults only (due to the parody of violence depicted in the game).
