The object of Saikoro, a rather unique abstract strategy dice game, is to block or strand your opponent so that they cannot make a legal move. First, a player places the lid over the dice tray that consists of 64 individual target squares and shakes the box to randomly arrange the 62 six-sided dice. Players then take turns making moves by selecting a target square and plotting a path along the matrix and replacing the die located there with their token. Legal moves are made by moving to a target square that contains a die showing a number equal to the number of steps it takes to reach it and also lies within 6 steps of your opponent's token. When a player is either blocked or stranded so that they cannot make any further moves, the game is over with the other player being victor. The game board matrix has over 1,750,000,000 zillion zillion possibilities making for a different game board layout every time you play!
