I have played this game with grandkids, sisters, friends, and mixed groups at family reunions. I like it because it moves fast, you don\'t sit waiting for someone to think about their next move. Younger ones can win as easily as older. We play with chips or nickels with the kids. They really love it when the win some cash---makes it more exciting that chips. My sister and her pals play with quarters and that is really easy to do and you can win quidte a bit or just play for funzies. It is easy to take with you. I keep one in our camper and one in my overnight bag that I take whenever I stay away from home. Great Fun!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have to disagree with Amy and Nickie that this is not an adult game. As a matter of fact, this could be played with both adults and children at the same time. They just need to up the ante. We put in two $1 bills and one $5 and then $5 for all three, instead of dollars. Boy this is fun if you like to gamble. For Thanksgiving and for Christmas, there was about 20 of us and the pot was HUGE!!!! This did not drain the bank and satisfied all the gamblers. Kids loved it too - they each had $3 each and they ended up with about $70. Who would complain - they did not lose a whole lot, but if you won, you could with a lot. Not only did this game take some time to play with so many of us, but this involved EVERYONE.... you just need to know how to throw a party, so it is played at the right time. lmao....jk.....

I've never played this game with the chips, but there is a way to make it much more fun: If each player starts the game with three one-dollar bills instead of chips this game becomes a fun and easy winner-takes-the-pot party game. The more people play, the bigger the pot. The winner can use their haul to buy some beer for the losers but that's not mandatory. Great fun!
