We just opened the game and are looking through the rules etc. that came with the game. We play the other Risk games and really love the game. In this version there is no understanding on what the capitals mean and how they are played or about the cities etc. I don't know if we are missing some of the basic rules but what we have does not give us enough explaination to play the game.
