Loyalty Rewards Update – October 2017
250 Points: NFL OR SEAHAWKS SPOT IT!
2-8 Players, Ages 7+, 15 Minutes
We offered the original version of Spot It! last month for 250 points, but if you were holding out for something with a little more grass, leather, and touchdowns, then your patience has been rewarded! To celebrate the return of football season we are offering NFL or Seahawks Spot It! for 250 points.
If you need a quick refresher on the rules for Spot It!: Each card in Spot It! has eight symbols, and there is only ever one matching symbol between any two given cards. In the basic version of the game you reveal two cards and the first person to spot the matching symbol between the two scores the point for the round, but the game comes with a few other ways to play as well!
500 Points: ONE NIGHT ULTIMATE WEREWOLF OR VAMPIRE
3-10 Players, Ages 8+, 10 Minutes
Born out of the Moscow State University psychology department, Mafia (which was later given the werewolf theme by an American) has remained near top of the hidden role party game genre since Mafia introduced it to us in 1987. One of our favorite takes on the game has been the One Night series from Bezier Games. One Night Ultimate Werewolf and Vampire increases the number of roles you see in normal games of Werewolf and the game is played over a single round. The shortened game play and additional information create a heightened Werewolf experience that’s great for Halloween parties, and doesn’t leave anyone out of the game.
1000 Points: BETRAYAL AT THE HOUSE ON THE HILL
3-6 Players, Ages 12+, 60 Minutes
While it may not be the most strategic board game ever published, Betrayal is peerless in the stories it creates for its players. In Betrayal, You and your intrepid group of friends explore a haunted house discovering items, omens, and spooky events until someone eventually triggers the haunt. At this point the (un?)lucky player who triggered the haunt will consult the Traitors Tome to discover exactly how they have betrayed the rest of the party based on the rooms, omens, items, and events in play. Now the rest of the players must band together to face the dark powers controlled by the treacherous player, and hope they have what it takes to escape. There are few games that come to mind that set the mood for Halloween better that Betrayal at the House on the Hill, and it could be yours for 1000 loyalty points.
