Uncle's Games is proud to present the best affiliate program on the web! All new customers that you direct to our site continue to be your customers, and you get 10% of the total purchase they place (minus shipping). You will get credit for not only the link they follow, but also for any additional purchases they make during that order. Plus, you will get credit for all future purchases they make. While other programs offer 5-7% only on that sale, we will give you 10% of the initial sale plus any future sales from that customer.

For example: A customer follows a link from your site and purchases a $10.00 game. He/she then adds another $30.00 to the order. This gives you a total commission of $4.00 ($40.00 x 10%). Later, the customer decides to create another order, but returns directly to our site. His/her second order comes to $20.00, and since the customer continues to be listed as your customer, you get an additional $2.00 credit to your affiliate account.

If the customer came from another affiliate, or from us, you wouldn't get credit for the sale. However, any customer of yours that comes through another site and makes an order you will get credit for it.

A commission will not be added to your totals until the sale is final, or we have payment from the customer. If an order is returned or refunded in any way, your commission for that order will be removed in the form of a credit to us on the next month's statement.

Please note to ensure the affiliate commission is not abused the 10% commission will not be added in until we have accepted your site. To speed the affiliate process, please contact us after setting yourself up and we will take a look at it as soon as possible

Our responsibilities

At the end of the month you will receive payment for the sales that you pushed towards our site as long as the total is over $50.00. If it is not we will roll it over until your sales commission reaches $50.00. We do reserve the right to reject any order placed with us for any reason (fraud, declined card, etc).

As an affiliate we will provide you with reports for tracking sales. We will also provide a link to your site on our links page under affiliates and any other category that you may fall under.

Your responsibilities

All orders must be placed through our system. You may not collect the data and "pass" it on to us. You must use the linking system we provide, nor may you set yourself up as an affiliate and simply buy items for yourself.

You are responsible for the upkeep of links, images, and prices on your site. Images will be kept on your site and you may not simply link to our images. All pre-mentioned items are subject to change without notice, but we will do our best to keep you updated. Unclesgames.com will not provide technical support in any way, unless the problem is with our linking program.

The content on our site is free for you to use, except for reviews and any other material not created by the unclesgames.com staff. You are responsible for any infringement on copyright laws.

You are required to use one of the linking options to our site www.unclesgames.com on your links page or any other page similar to this. The link will look as follows:

You also must agree to follow our privacy policy to become an affiliate. You may not send unwanted e-mails to customers or distribute any of their private information. Private information is any information that is given to you by the customer. This includes the address (billing and shipping), phone number, e-mail, and any other information you may receive.

Any affiliate who does not complete one sales transaction in a calendar year will be considered inactive and removed from our system for database maintenance.

Restrictions

All customers that originally came from your site are considered yours while you are currently enrolled in the affiliate program with us, but if for any reason you are no longer an affiliate you will not receive commissions from those customers. We will not terminate the affiliation unless activity by you forces us to do so. Please see below for some of the reasons for termination.

We do reserve the right to terminate your affiliation with us at any time because of, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, misleading customers, unacceptable content on your site, or mistreating an employee of unclesgames.com.

We reserve the right to change any of the above items at any time.
